Q. Do activities take place every day?

A. Yes, all activities take place every day.


Q. Can you pick me up at the airport, bus or train station for my trip?

A. We recommend you to stay in the city. Some tours can pick you up at some different meeting points. However, the easiest place to pick you up is at your Accommodation / Hotel.


Q. What is the cancellation policy?


  • 100% refund if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to tour departure.
  • No refund if cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to tour departure.
  • For the "Elephant Nature Park" tour we do not accept any cancellations or changes because this is the policy of "Elephant Nature Park".


Q. Is it possible to change the dates of my visit?

A. Yes, but it will depend on the availability. Please contact us for more information.


Q. What should I bring?

A. You can find a “what to bring” section on every tour booking page.


Q. Can I pay when I arrive to the tour?

A. No, it is mandatory to submit the payment before the tour starts; the booking will not be finalized if we didn’t receive the payment.


Q. Should I book ahead a long time before the trip?

A. The earlier you book, the better your chance of securing your tour, especially during the high season (ranging from November until April) when most trips can get fully booked days or even weeks in advance.


Q. Are there any special requirements to participate?

A. A normal physical condition is required. We welcome guests from all ages and activities can fit everybody. If you know you have a certain allergy or medical condition we should know of, please bring your medication and inform us in advance. Our adventure trips will mention which physical state you need to be in to participate.


Q. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

A. As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number. We also send you a confirmation email with the tickets, the tickets you will have to show to the guide when they pick you up.


Q. Can I notice a specific billing address or name while booking?

A. Yes, during the booking process you can notice it by selecting this option (everything is clearly explained in the booking process).


Q. Do I have to know my hotel or accommodation already when I book a trip?

A. No, you can book without hotel details and confirm the hotel name with us after you have arrived in Chiang Mai.


Q. Where do I wait for my pick up?

A. Please wait at the lobby or front door of your hotel between the pickup times mentioned on the ticket.
